You can download the R from the Comprehensive R Archive Network Website, or follow the links for Windows and MAC.
I would also advise downloading the R Studio interface, it’s a nicer and more intuitive interface in my opinion.

As far as online tutorials go, there are copious options. One I have found helpful is the SWIRL package in R – which you can find out about here.
With the SWIRL package you learn about all the functions of R, in R.
